The coiling machine adopts oil cup lubrication, manual oiling and box lubrication according to the working conditions. The roller journals of the rolling machine and the shaft of the transmission shaft are lubricated by the oil cup. The gears, turbines, lifting screws, movable bearings and the adjusting mechanism screw are regularly artificially lubricated. The gears and bearings of the reducer are used. Lubrication is achieved by means of splashing of oil in the tank. Reasonable lubrication of the drive shaft and dynamic sliding surface of the rolling machine is a measure to reduce the exercise power consumption and improve the life of the rolling machine.
